Wanted to charge me $500 for a permit of which I found out by the city that a permit was not required. New law passed about 4-5 months ago and this was 2 months ago now that I was trying to get things set up. Then after asking about my permit not being placed, I was told that it was currently being processed. Told owner that nothing was submitted based of contacting the city myself. Then I was told that the person in charge of doing this got too much on their plate so did not full their duty of operations. This has now wasted 8 weeks of my time with nothing to have been started!!!!! Was given an agreement that that they would require 30-50% deposit down but verbally was told no deposit since I was paying cash. Asked 4 times for updated agreement before I got it. I was also told that I was going to be sent documentation for financing if I changed to pay that route instead due to emergency damages/issues from Tropical storm Debbi. Still to this day, I have not received it. Finally, was told that owner was going to come to my location to look at something again for a placement of a gate and still to this day has not shown up. Last but not least, owner appears to never want to answer his phone. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICES. LUCKY FOR ME, I NEVER GAVE THEM A PENNY AND HAVE NOW MOVED ON TO A NEW LOCATION.
