That's the reason I drove all the way to this Aurora branch, expecting to finally get proper help in person. Instead, I was told it would take a while and that I could either sit and wait until they finished helping everyone behind me, or just call the customer service number. The person who assisted me seemed annoyed and was not friendly at all, which made the experience even worse. This was extremely disappointing. If calling had worked, I wouldn't have made the trip. They even admitted that mailed in bill pay checks are often a problem for them and they often get missed accidentally. Horrible excuse for a business. Poor phone customer service as well, ZERO phone calls or letters when payments are missed, and NO online service to check to see if payments are posted! Just cross your fingers I guess! The last place I would think I would get a fake bill would be at a Bank. You would think they would at least have one of those markers that test the bills as they take them. It is was over 20 $100 bills. It sounds absurd to ask a client to go through all the bills before you leave. They have a great app for checking your accounts and have recently added the feature where you can do mobile deposits. It is really cool and fabulously convenient. It can be 2 am and you can deposit a check from your lazy boy. The only bummer is it doesn't work for depositing cash. I deal with 2 area banks but most of my business has come here because of the superior service and communication. I recently even refinanced my car just so I could move the loan to them. Not like you need to refinance a 3.99% loan... But they actually could give me a better rate! Go talk to Karla, Debbie, Ann, Julie, Nick or Brandon. They will gladly help you with whatever you need. Fast and totally friendly. Will call you by name when you walk in the door.. Well after they know it of course. your ATM fees are even reimbursed if you use an ATM other then theirs. Good see them..
