I wasn't in a rush but I feel that's just common courtesy for businesses. They looked busy so I just waited patiently while they helped him out. It wasn't until I stepped closer to the counter and looked at the free candy that they finally welcomed me. Mind you, the place isn't very big. Anyhow. After about 10-15 mins, one of them finally helps me. It was a simple plate change and the service was quick and smooth- no issues. They said they'd would call me when they had the A-okay from the DMV and it happened the next day. Super fast delivery. I appreciate the quick turnaround and contact the next day. I went back- picked up the paperwork and sticker and good to go. Price was decent. I'd probably go back. They have pretty normal business hours too/ which is nice.

I needed to update my license with my married name, and the process was incredibly smooth and easy. Unfortunately, the thumb scanner was temporarily down, so I wasn't able to take my photo right away. However, the employee assisting me was extremely kind and told me to come back to her window in a couple of hours so she could get me in right away. I spent the time getting breakfast and doing some shopping, then returned to the DMV, took my photo, and continued with my day.
