I hope if my education goes that far I hope to take some of their habits for the care I would give. My college instructor is head of the ambulance service at the hospital, so we all got to know the paramedics and EMTs well. Super friendly and very laid back. If I was in an emergency They would be the first people I would call! They have a volunteer at the front of the hospital to always direct you where to go if you need the assistance. I love this place.

You would think technology would be better this day and age but it is very cumbersome, obviously antiquated or is it just the employees are lazy or incompetent or not interested in doing their job. A person can use the "mychart" but what if a person does not use a computer? How do they communicate? Your system is too overloaded with directions and are not simple to follow in other words not user friendly. I am sure this will fall on deaf ears which is exactly what I expect. The doctor was yawning the whole 5 minutes he was in my room and I could hear the nurses talk about everyone's diagnosis including mine from the nurses station. This isnt the first time this has happened. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to my worst enemy

I found this nursing home to be the absolute best facility that I have ever been inside. The CNAs are compassionate, yet also efficient, providing top quality care for residents. The DON is extremely management-minded, and takes her job very seriously. The facility is clean and in good repair. There is an appropriate number of lifts and other devices to help with residential mobility. Whirlpool baths are given frequently, and the residents respond very well to their caregivers. Meals are well balanced, and special diets are appropriately served. I had to great fortune to visit with many residents. They are both loveable and amazing individuals. I will never forget the training I received while in this facility. I would recommend this facility over any other nursing home I have ever visited or been employed by. They take professional senior care to a whole new level, one I had never before experienced in a facilitated setting.

They are terrible. I have hypothyroidism and can never seem to get my refills on time because the…read morenurses never answer the phones or return calls. My boyfriend broke his arm and went there. They were supposed to be making an appointment for him at an Orthopedic doctor in Jonesboro to reset his arm. He sat at home with a broke arm for two days. He finally called the doctor in Jonesboro to see when they could get him in and turns out the Doctors Clinic hadn't even sent them the paper work or X-rays they needed. Their computer system is super slow and hard to work. The nurse taking the information literally had to pull up Google and search how to use their computer system and the name of a lower arm (wrist) so she could get an x-ray for my boyfriend. She them couldn't remember her passwords and had to go "find" them and left us sitting there forever with my boyfriends arm broke. It's a terrible place. We will not be using it again.
