Multiple times had to call the 24/7 line to have them come in when they should have already been here. Each time I was told the crew was on their way and would be here in 20 min. 3 hours later still no one showed up. Even when they did show up, they did not do a good job. Over 800 employees strong nestled in an entire city block. I have five main lights that need to get plowed when we have snow events. I have been using Earth development for two years now and I can honestly tell you they have not been on time once. I have to have my security team calling between five and 10 times per event just to get answers. They promised a big game when I signed a contract two years ago and have not lived up to it at all. They subcontract their teams and have already gone through three different teams on my site alone. The job they do is also very inadequate. This morning parking lots were done and there is still snow everywhere not to mention parking spots that were not plowed out. They are supposed to salt and there is no sign of any salt also. This specific snow event started yesterday early and finished by 10:30 PM. My employee start at 4 o'clock in the morning therefore they had plenty of time to clean up before my employee showed up, which is what is important to us. Unfortunately, even though we started calling at 10 no one showed up until early this morning and as I said, did a very poor job. I'm actually surprised they showed up because this is one of the first times They have showed up albeit late. Purchased a shrub in April. We were told they are half price. A month later we called them and…read moresaid it is not budding out, which they told us to wait a while longer, as some take time to adjust to the planting. After 3 months, we dug it up and took it back. We were told that it was last years stock, and there is no guarantee on sale items. It would have been nice if we were told that when we purchased the shrub, since if we had known they sell plants that are not alive, why would we have bought it. I have NEVER purchased a plant that did not live in my life, until we went to Van Zeeland's. Obviously, I will never go back again to purchase over priced, no guarantee stock from them.

They refuse to switch to a smaller lawnmower even though they have had to replace parts of my lawn several times from them leaving tire tracks though the entirety of my back yard.
