I rented The Vegas Bus for my 34th Birthday party and I had a horrible experience, I would not ever…read morerent from them again. My party started out at ON THE BORDER and when we were ready to leave the bus had stalled and my party of 15 had to wait outside for at least 15 minutes while he recharged the battery. As we proceed to go to concert that we were already late to because the situation with the bus the lights kept shutting off and so would the music. We were supposed to have bus until 2:30 am but driver decided to not fulfill their side of contract and dropped half of us off and not pick the other half up from the bar which they had to find a ride home. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and when I called to complain to owner he said he could take $200 off my next booking for the inconvenience...yeah don't think so, I will NEVER book with this company and do not recommend it to anyone.

First they arrived 30 minutes late, and insisted that we owed $100 more than what we did. My friend…read moregave him $150, just to get the show on the road, but urged him to call the office and verify our payments. He didnt do this. We were already late so she gave up. Upon arriving to our first destination, we discovered that they had JUST closed had he not been late...) The driver dropped us off and told us he was going to go fuel up (this should have been done BEFORE he picked us up) We called him three times before he answered. We told him we were ready. We ordered another drink since we were waiting. When he got there to pick us up, he made it very apparent that he was there and ready to go. Again, we insisted that my friend make an attempt to get the price clarified. She asked him once again (on the bus rental time) to call the office. Finally he did, and learned that she indeed over paid by $100! We boarded the bus to travel to our next location. We asked him to stop at a corner store along the way. He passed corner store after corner store! Finally I directed him step by step on how to get to the corner store; he was arguing and persistent that it wasn't what he put in the GPS. We got to our third location and he asked how long we were going to be inside. I told him we were going to go in, get a drink and come out (this way he would not leave us again). I gave him the next address (which was downtown) and he kept passing up the location (downtown has alternating one-ways). I eventually asked him to just stop the bus. Luckily we were right on top of the location so we just got out. Finally on the way home. HE PULLED THE BUS OVER INTO A PARKING LOT, FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES. WHHHYYY DID HE DO THAT? I have no idea when i asked him, he just waved me off. The bus was great. the driver was horrid.
