She was just getting to the food & activity improvement when we were told that she found a new opportunity more suited to her desired future. I had an appointment and the kiosk would not read my barcode. Once at the check-in window, I'm told my appointment is not in the system. I show the clerk my email confirmation and she says 'hmmm'. Any way, they'll see me in a few minutes I'm in with the phlebotomist Maylynn. The stick is virtually painless. After removing the bandage later, there is no evidence of a stick. Just perfectly done. The…read morelack of nurturing and insolent behavior exhibited by this gentleman is deplorable and I would advise all to avoid this location. My Mother came to MedPost after suffering a fall. Thank goodness my Mother is outspoken enough to call Matthew out on his bad attitude and was able to somewhat turn the appointment around to remind Matthew of his role as a health care provider. My Mother's right index finger was swollen and clearly affected from the fall. I am grateful for the friendly staff that checked her in and the Xray proving nothing was broken. The dismissive treatment from the supposed "person in charge" during the examination and in her release-not even a splint was offered to her-is my concern here. I strongly advise MedPost to re-evaluate Matthew's position within your Company.

I went in to get tested for COVID and the doctor steered me away from getting tested, even though I needed to get tested in order to go back to work. I will never go back to this med clinic. Please, don't waste your time or money here.
