I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid 1st Choice Taxi at all costs!!! My coworker and I took the cab from the airport to our hotel downtown. 1st Choice Taxi was there but it seemed like Priscilla and the lady in the cab booth were in cahoots. They were giving each other 'the look' while telling us the price of the cab. That was a red flag... I should have told them never mind and chose the expensive Uber instead but she told us the ride would be $29 each and we accepted. Priscilla talked the ENTIRE time and gave me beads and beer earrings that was given to her from St. Patrick's day. When we got to the hotel, she asked us if we would like to tip on top of the $29 in which we did. When we both checked our account, the charges were not what was agreed upon. I was charged $42 (I included a $5 tip) and my coworker was charged $38 (She included a $2 tip). We called Priscilla to let her know we were overcharged and she agreed to make it right by picking us up from the hotel to the airport at one flat fee of $20 in which we agreed. You all will not believe this... The day we were supposed to leave, Priscilla sent me a long text saying that she could not take us to the airport because her father died (with an emoji) and sent a long paragraph about refunding us through cash app. There was no way in hell I was about to give Priscilla anything! There is no way I can stomach to trust anyone who would put death on their family just so they can go through with a lie. I blocked her and threw those beads and earrings in the trash. I would advise everyone to avoid this taxi cab service all together because their drivers are not honest and you WILL get taken advantage of. I don't even trust the good reviews that you see... It's probably her and the lady from the airport. You've been warned. read more

Booked 2 rides with Pricilla for airport transfers. One for me at 4:30am and another for my friend at 5:45am. She never showed up for either of us. This left me scrambling at 4:30am to find a ride to the airport since there were basically no available Uber rides at that time for an early flight. Luckily,I was able to warn my friend ahead of time and she was able to make other arrangements. Avoid using this particular service. read more

I was so impressed that I inquired if they could pick me up at 2:30 am when I departed. This taxi driver worked with me to ensure a taxi at that ungodly time of the morning. On March Monday, March 27th, my friends and I arrived in Savannah, GA airport. We were ushered to the next available taxi so that we could travel to our hotel in the Historic District. The taxi driver, Priscilla, seemed nice enough and chatted to whole way to the hotel. When we asked how much, she counted the four of us and said, "$70. I didn't charge for gas". Each of us thought it sounded like a lot, but we were anxious to get to the hotel, and after all, she said she didn't charge us for gas. Later in the day we hired a taxi service and asked how much is usually charged from the airport and he said,"about $48. And I never heard of charging for gas." My husband left his phone in the cab (on silent nonetheless) and Mr. Price went out of his way to figure out who's phone it was, which wasn't an easy task. Recently, my sisters and I flew into Savannah and took 1st Choice Taxi to our car rental destination. Elton was a super enjoyable driver. We chatted the entire way. At the end of our trip, we again called them. Elton's daughter picked us up and it was another enjoyable experience. As we were entering the airport, I received a call from Elton that some money was found in the back seat. I remember dropping money but thought I'd picked it all up. I hadn't!
