The staff is so friendly and kept us updated via text messages. They called a day before to confirm our pick ups. On our inbound trip, our driver Ike gave us a quick tour of Savannah and some great restaurant recommendations. Thanks Ike! Our outbound driver Jamal showed up early, texted us immediately upon arrival. No rush! But nice to know they are prompt as going to the airport can be stressful. I will definitely use them again the next time we are in Savannah. This is true southern hospitality and service. Thanks so much!

Their website would indicate that a ride from our neighborhood to Hilton Head Island airport (HHH) is $16. That's what I was charged the first time (12/23). Yesterday we get to the airport and the driver says that will be $25. I pointed out the website says $16. He said it was more because I had booked the trip in advance??? Called in advance first time as well. In both cases maybe a few hours beforehand. Nothing on their website indicates an additional charge. The most recent driver could have been stating company policy or just padding their fare. I have no proof either way. Exceptional Tour -- Brenda Made the Experience…read more Our Kelly Tours / Gray Line Savannah Tybee Island Dolphin Tour was exceptional, and our tour guide and driver, Brenda, was a large part of what made the day so memorable. Brenda is remarkably knowledgeable, personable, engaging, and interactive. From Savannah to Tybee Island, she shared the history and character of the area in a way that was informative without ever feeling rehearsed. She genuinely connected with the people on the bus, welcomed questions, kept everyone involved, and made the travel between stops part of the experience rather than simply transportation. The dolphin cruise was outstanding. Seeing dolphins in the open water around Tybee Island was a highlight of the day, and the combination of the coastal scenery, wildlife, island stops, and Brenda's commentary made this much more than a simple bus or boat tour. Everything was well paced and organized, but Brenda elevated an already excellent itinerary. She has that rare combination of knowledge, professionalism, personality, humor, and the ability to read and interact with a group naturally. We have taken many tours over the years, and Brenda stands among the very best guides we have encountered. Kelly Tours / Gray Line Savannah has an exceptional ambassador in Brenda. Highly recommended -- and if you have the opportunity to take the Savannah to Tybee Island Dolphin Tour with Brenda, do it.
