I would give no stars if I could. Super responsive when he gets the initial call or text to schedule an appointment.. but when it comes time for the appointment he is a no call no show. I had to contact him to reschedule. After the 2nd no call no show I'm done. Value your business elsewhere, cause he clearly does not. read more

We've worked with this company twice now. I got my boyfriends Yukon detailed inside and out as a Christmas present and they got out all the dog hair and sand from the back that we've been trying to remove for a long while. The second time we needed help was because the Yukon went through a puddle and had white paint splashed down the side of it (it's a black truck)! It was a car emergency for my boyfriend- 1st Class is always responsive and informative about what will be done with the vehicle while they're working on it. Additionally, there was paint all over the felt covers on the 2 wheel wells, and they special ordered a product and came back out to finish the job two days later, with no hassle and great ease. The Yukon is back to being immaculate and my boyfriend is so so so happy with the work that Jonathan and his team at 1st Class Reconditioning did!! Let me just say that I really don't like to give bad reviews. But this just has left a very dissatisfied feeling with me. They're nice guys and I feel like they could do better but for whatever reason they didn't. First, they were over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. Second, I was quoted in advance for very specific services to be provided. Most of the services were provided but not all and I was still charged the entire amount quoted. For the price I paid I was expecting "1st Class" service and quality. I've had a lot of details done and have experience in detailing........what I got was NOT what I paid for. Finally, after having some buyers remorse, I sent the owner a text message to let him know how I felt about everything. He replied promptly to say he'd take care of any issues I had and asked what my schedule was like the next day. I texted back that I would reply shortly. I did reply shortly after (within an hour) but sadly, never heard another word from him. read more
