Read before spending the $$$$ Revising my rating. I had Cory come out for "my annual maintenance" a few months back. Initially I was pretty happy with it, not like I was on his first treatment that was incredible. But for $2000 plus a large tip it should have been. I also question any reviews without pictures! This year he was here and said he had "new and better ceramic" than he hid last year. He was in and out of my house in 4-5 hours. Last year he had the truck for 3 days. It was roughly $1800 ($1300 from Ford for door damage they did and had to be repainted). The last $500 came from me. Fast forward to today. I wanted to get the front end wrapped in the clear protective product. They told me they couldn't do it since I already had ceramics on the truck and it would not stick. They came and ran their fingers over it and said "you had 9H ceramic put on this truck twice in two years?" I said yes. They said well the clear will HAVE NO PROBLEM sticking to this truck. That should not have been the case! So now after the clear protectant goes on I am RE-DOING THE FULL CERAMIC on my truck with a 2 year coating for the same cost as my original coating with Wash Ninja (who really is a one man shop. Cory speaks in "we and us" but it is only him doing the work) Do yourself a favor and go to a business with a facility to do your Ceramic INSIDE. Find another Ceramic Coating business to go to. Revised review. Fully read update above! Wash Ninja is not your everyday detailer. Wash Ninja is FAR beyond anything that you could expect. The level of professionalism, pride, and quality of work are second to none. I did something that most people may be hesitant to do. Myself included. I took a brand new ~$100,000 Custom ordered 2022 Ford Superduty F-250 Platinum with the Tremor package and dropped it off for three days with Wash Ninja. I will not lie; I was a little nervous about handing over the keys of my dream truck to someone I had never met before. After meeting Cory and the subsequent conversations, the level of professionalism and attention to detail changed that nervousness into comfort. Wash Nija delivered my truck back in, well, stunning condition. The pictures do not do the truck justice. You cannot reproduce the visual effect of the ceramic coatings in an image. Wash Ninja is not the cheapest service out there. Ask yourself this: "I have one shot at doing this right, and the company could ruin my vehicle with the right tools in the wrong hands. Is that a risk I am willing to take?" If your answer is "I am not willing to take a chance" (and you really should not be), then stop your search for the right company now. Cory is a true professional in his field. Answered all of my questions prior to the appointment and did such a fantastic thorough job on my husbands car. We have teenagers so the thing had started to look and smell like an old taxi. Cory put so much effort into restoring the car to premium condition that I can barely recognize it! Smell was a big factor in why I chose the interior package. He steam cleaned the entire inside including the vents and all the upholstery and plastic. Everything smells so nice and clean now. No lingering teenage odors! ;) Cory showed us everything he did and you can tell he takes great pride in his work, which is a rare find these days. Wow! Cory is AMAZING - such a cool dude who is super friendly. I trust him completely with our cars. He also uses eco-friendly products, can't beat that! Wash Ninja had their work cutout for them, our Chevy Tahoe with cloth seats had been through the ringer on the inside. Cross country trip on our move down here with 2 dogs and a cat, along with plenty of trips to the beach (with the dogs too)! Our one dog sheds constantly and his hair is really hard to get out of car seats and carpet. With some really hard work and know how, Cory made the inside of our car look spotless. We expected there to be some dog hair because it is so hard to get out, but there was none! Amazing! Cory also did an outstanding job on the exterior as well. The clay bar was a nice touch - the paint felt like fresh glass when he was finished. Cory killed it. I've cleaned my car out a couple times, but it always still felt dirty afterwards, especially the carpet and dash. I was sure my kids had destroyed the backseat, but Cory was so positive about his methods and what he would do to eliminate the stains. He cleaned the interior of my car from top to bottom not skipping anything (even the middle console where I tried to hide all my receipts and loose change.) That total deep clean is exactly what I needed to get my car back to square one so it would be easier to maintain. My favorite part was he used steam to flush out the A/C vents and explained that's why the dash gets dirty so quickly after it's cleaned because the dirt in the vents recirculates when you turn the car on. Cory knows his stuff.He's not a miracle-worker, so no, he cannot pull dents and 10 year old bug stains out of your paint...but he's close. My mom's car hasn't looked this good in years, and I am confident that the products that he used will help keep it looking good and safe as well. Had my 2012 Acura TL detailed today by Cory & he did an amazing job. The car looks better than when I first got it. He explained everything he was going to do and about each product he was going to use on the car. I never had any services done from them before. I texted them to see if they were available anytime soon because I spilled some protein powder on my seats and didn't want it to get any worse. My family recently gave my husband and I their 2002 Toyota Sienna. It has been smoked in and used as a work like vehicle for over 15 years and 200k miles. I reached out to Cory from Wash Ninja and he replied within 6 hours and we were scheduled for a date the following week. I shared pictures of the van and he was very straightforward that he may not be able to remove all stains (the ceiling even had stains) and gave me a solid price. He arrived 10 minutes early with everything he needed, including his own water. He started at 8:00 and worked tirelessly until 3:00. I cannot even tell you how much better it looks.
