Theres pros and cons to using this parking garage, thought i think the major convenience of this garage outweighs the issues. It's not the easiest parking garage to enter. It services a lot of businesses nearby and getting in, especially when the theatre has an event is not easy. Also it's not the easiest to navigate inside. That said, the major perk to using it, is a covered bridge between the parking garage and the theatre. While others who parked in other areas had to deal with the frigid weather outside, my family and I had a leisurely stroll through a warn covered bridge and along with two elevator rides, found ourselves comfortably and conveniently inside the theatre!

We encountered so many issues on finding lots that will let you stay overnight. Most lots want you go shortly after home games. We love this lot because it's car & RV parking. If we have friends and family who are just coming for the game and driving separate they can park with us verses having to find a "car only" lot. Location is just a small walk to campus. Easy in and out during events. The gentleman who runs the lot is actually on site pretty much the entire time. The parking lot has it's own port-a-potty which is very clean and stocked with TP. You are parked with enough space to spread out with your tailgate gear, tables, grills and even an evening fire if you bring firewood. The lot owner usually calls to confirm a few days prior and is super accommodating! Highly recommend the Pendle Rd. lot if you need event parking for RV's or even cars while in South Bend.

So, was wondering how long we might have to stand out in the weather (even though it is covered area at the airport, it still gets cold) Anyhow, we arrived at the lot on departing day. He told us to stay in the car until a driver came by. There was a van there, but not running, so we saw him come out and tru to start it. Must not have worked since about 5 minutes later another van finally came into the area and picked us up. Wehen we got back from the, I called to trip confirm the pickup and was told yes, someone would be there. We waited over 15 mins and then ai called again and was told a driver was on the way and it would be 5-7 minutes. Ten minutes later the van does get there. But in the meantime, two other Parking companies have had multiple vans come by picking up passengers several times. So, Next time, I'm willing to pay a couple $ more and go with one of the companies that have vans rotating more frequently.
