It has been 6 weeks and several calls and we were just told there was a 'proprietary' fuse the was blown. It took six weeks to find a fuse that blows???? And of course it will take a week or more to get it in -- there is one in Florida -- sound like a story??? Anyway we use a microwave a lot and are not happy with this service. I proceeded to call back again several times asking when I could get someone to come out to my house and look at the damaged dishwasher. The only response I would get from the owner is she would call me back later at some point to address the issue. Never received a call back from the owner. What a joke. Will never go back or support this local family owned business again. Waste of money and time.
