Who knows what they're telling her when she fills out the forms. They take the gun and put it away after her background check doesn't clear right away. A week goes by and she calls them. It takes twenty minutes to get someone on the phone that knows anything. The person says yes we have the gun still and your background report has not come back yet. They also tell my wife do not call back -we will call you when your background report comes in. Flash forward another week, she calls back again, and they tell her her background report is still not back. Plus, we sold your gun. It's a unique shotgun, hard to find unless you specially order it. What an epic fail. I understand background checks are not their fault, but selling her gun?! After telling her they would hold it for her?!?! Don't buy guns at cal ranch.
