We had close communications during May 2020 to ensure Ben T Warner would be able to work the wedding with all of the uncertainties of the virus and executive orders of North Carolina. It appeared that they were noncommittal in April & May to the extent of recommending to us that we get another company to do the event. Then 3 days later they canceled which allowed us only 18 days to find alternate entertainment. NC actually had exceptions for weddings and funerals that allowed us to proceed. First email after they canceled on us, they did not respond. I sent another email and they responded that they would not refund any portion of our deposit 5 days later.
