do not build with this builder!!!!!!!!!!! this builder's project manager is extremely…read moreunprofessional!!!!!!! he will not listen to how you want your custom house built, he will go behind you & have your preferences changed, they will not listen to how you want your housr built. but rather, tell you their opinions & how they think you should build your house. they will say you're house will be done by a certain time and it will be delayed! their estimator will incorrectly estimate your build such that you blow yoir budget!!! not to mention the estimate will be hand scribbled like a bleeping two year old, not even on company letterhead!!!!!! the project manager will hit on you and be very unprofessional on the job site!!! i used to be in construction myself and warned my family about this exact situation. and, if you want any changes to your custom house james ray, his construction crews, sub contractors and staff will talk shit about you b/c of your choices, they will say you are difficult and will talk to other clients about it!!! this company is a used car salesman, all about making the money and do not care one bit about their customers/clients!!!!! save yourself the grief and blowing your budget (b/c they can't or won't do their freaking job correctly) and do not build with them!!!!!!!!!!! oh then they'll threaten to sue you when you legally back out!!!!!
