Let me start off by saying when I moved to this town over a decade ago, Sid was on a role.. the only name in real estate we heard...but since then ... the company has gone down the tubes and here is why... Crooks. Like two other reviews on Yelp ( with 12 others voting for those reviews ) so a total of 14 others that have something negative to say about this company, plus myself. My experience is simple.. Shortly after the passing of a family member, I inherited a condo and entrusted this company with the rental of said property due to being in the military and living out of state. To make a long story short, I signed a contract that wasn't honored by the company. I was told for any repair done to the condo above $500 would need my consent to move forward. I assumed they would be writing down an itemized list of what they fixed.. with price... but they didn't. So, guess what... that did not happen and they made it (and are still making it) appear my fault. They did THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs..... without my consent. Upon calling them- they claimed that they didn't have good reviews along with the bad ones... but i can assure you.... there's a reason for that. This company of crooks is run completely wrong.. and how glad I am to see better companies pop up around tiny Twin Falls to give my business to. When family members pass on, there are crooks like this that prey on families. I told them I would pay this.. and am receiving harassing emails for payment, but I've been talking to my lawyer first. Please beware of this company. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.. because according to this site... I'm not the only one (there is about 15-16 people who feel this way.) simply unethical practices from the staff, with the boss trying to cover that up. It was simple. I wanted to know where they spent my money and they couldn't give me an answer in the form of an itemized receipt, and I cannot express how important it is that when handling a clients money you know EXACTLY where it is going.

The franchise was then picked up by an RPM outfit in Pocatello Idaho. There is a constant turnover of incompetent local managers with negligent oversight of the properties. Communication with the office in Pocatello demonstrated a lack of accountability for the management of the properties.

This is the worst management company we have ever dealt with. In the 18 months we had our home…read moreunder their care, it was trashed by the renters leaving us with over $14000 of repair to move back in. Our efforts to have the company or the renters help us get either back rent or some help with the repairs were met with "we did our job, sorry" and then they ghosted us. They are either totally dishonest or totally incompetent but either way, do not trust them and find someone else to watch out for your property before you leave your home. We put our trust in them and came home to a disaster that has taken us months to repair, both physically and emotionally. Do not call them for anything. Since a star is required they get one but deserve none.

Things the landlord should be doing like carpet cleaning, changing an air filter & wiping down the walls. If not up to their standards you are charged again charged. We left our house much cleaner (including getting the smoke smell out of a non-smoking home) & still got charged.

This apartment was such a nice place for 1 bedroom and bathroom. It was a really spacious place for me and I loved everything about it. This complex was also in a great location with places to eat or even the grocery store. There was no other apartment complex that's affordable in good condition. I have rented from this place for 18 years. They have been very flexible with us. I own a cat…read morerescue and when the garage burned it should of been taken down probably. However knowing I need the garage for my cat supplies and occasionally holding a cat, well they doctored it up so I can meet my needs. We've never been bothered or given warnings at all. We have done some things to improve the house our selves cuz they been so good to us I hate to ask for extras I just want done. Our rent has only been raised 250 over 18 years. Joana and Jim are awesome and we don't know how we would of made it with any other landlord for the rescue requirement.
