I had to go buy 2 - 100 feet hoses. They also didn't come w a tall ladder to reach my 10 sky lights. During the day their Power washer broke which meant they had to go buy a new one. delay. I'm not sure that you are suppose to use a power washer on windows and I had to specifically ask that the squidgy the outside windows. Some were done this way, many others not done w a squidgy. Jeff had told me 3 people were there to clean the windows. At any time I only saw the helper guy who had never washed windows before cleaning the windows. This guy lied to me multiple times saying he had washed all the exterior windows and then in less than 30 minutes cleaned ally inside windows. I have over 60 windows, 8 sliders and 10 sky lights. He spent more time on break. By the end of the first day I was extremely unhappy. I spoke to Jeff and showed him how bad the windows still were, most windows not even touched. Jeff assured me he would correct the situation the next day and would hire a woman to help. Jeff showed up the next morning at 8am by himself. I had told him all windows needed to be cleaned by noon time Jeff was still cleaning windows at 10pm that day outside. Some windows being cleaned over and over again w a few others not being finished on the outside. Inside I had to follow both guys around w paper towels as they were leaving water on my wood floors, Jeff wanted to use his power washer inside on my sliding glass door tracks. I told him absolutely not and a paper towel works great. I cleaned all the tracks. I also had to take all my screens down for them to be washed and the. personally put them all back to save time. I had to finally tell him to go home so that our guests could go to bed. This company will never work for me again. It was a "S... Show" and the first time I hired a person off of Yelp. Never Again. I did pay him the requested $1250 but this should have been discounted for all the aggravations I put up with and non-professionalism.

Jeff surpassed those expectations, and I cannot recommend him more. Very responsive, really went above & beyond accommodating my schedule, he was friendly, and efficient. What Jeff charged made it possible for me to actually get the bike out of my apartment. I highly, highly recommend him!! The day after I received a quote for the job that was very reasonable and I scheduled an appointment for the clean out. JDog's crew (Bryan, Jesse, Alexis and Michael) arrived a few minutes before the appointed and got right into the job (attic, house, cellar, garage). These are my guys who take care of my dumpster in Westport Massachusetts... Before today I never…read morereally thought twice about them. However it was freezing cold and windy today and my dumpster was over filled. I happened to see the fella dump it, wind got a hold of a couple of bags and made a mess on our driveway. The fella got out and cleaned it up in 35+mph wind in mid January!! Well above and beyond his Job in my opinion.. As we had over filled the dumpster that's why it fell our! I called the office and made sure they knew this guy had gone above and beyond. They were happy to hear it! However I felt I should also give them a yelp review! I am a stay at home dad with two very young children and I was going to get the kids all dressed and bring them out and the cold to clean it up! However this guy really went above and beyond! If you are looking for trash disposal and these guys are an option I highly recommend them!
