During the on-site tour, he was kind, respectful and professional (the house was older and not in good shape). The day after I received a quote for the job that was very reasonable and I scheduled an appointment for the clean out. JDog's crew (Bryan, Jesse, Alexis and Michael) arrived a few minutes before the appointed and got right into the job (attic, house, cellar, garage). Took them 8 hours and 4 truckloads, plus much sweeping afterwards. I never would have been able to clear out this estate without them. However it was freezing cold and windy today and my dumpster was over filled. I happened to see the fella dump it, wind got a hold of a couple of bags and made a mess on our driveway. The fella got out and cleaned it up in 35+mph wind in mid January!! Well above and beyond his Job in my opinion.. As we had over filled the dumpster that's why it fell our! I called the office and made sure they knew this guy had gone above and beyond. They were happy to hear it! However I felt I should also give them a yelp review! I am a stay at home dad with two very young children and I was going to get the kids all dressed and bring them out and the cold to clean it up! However this guy really went above and beyond! If you are looking for trash disposal and these guys are an option I highly recommend them!
