He knows what he's doing, has a great crew and seems to have very strong positive relations with his trades. We were living in the house throughout the renovation - a story in and of itself - and they did a terrific job of trying to accommodate us. The site was kept clean, the crews were quiet while I was trying to work, garbage and debris were cleared away very quickly. My deck was re-sanded and re-stained and they even replaced some damaged wood planks that were in bad shape.
