I worked principally with Keichelle, but also with Myra…read more First, some background - I was planning my boyfriend's 50th birthday surprise party, and called Aarym at the relative last minute - Thursday before a Saturday party. I called because I needed a dj (the one I had planned for backed out on me at the last minute!), but because Keichelle was so nice, and accomodating, I wound up requesting their help with decorations, and logistics (in addition to the dj). At an amazing price! I can't emphasize enough how they came in and saved my butt and my party and my psyche. It had been a really difficult week, and I am not very inclined toward decorating anyway, so making the call, and being connected to such willing, energetic and talented people was the best thing I did. Keichelle was easy to talk to - she made lots of suggestions - which I needed, but if you are a more directed person (i.e, know what you want, but need logistical help, I have the impression, they would be great with that too). In a matter of hours, she had developed a plan, and promised to get started getting supplies, and speaking with the people at the venue which I had booked (without getting a cent from me!). At the same time, she also coordinated with the dj (DJ Bruce) with whom they work and passed along a huge list of artists and songs I knew my bf wanted to hear. The next day I arranged to make the deposit, met her in person, and she and Myra had mapped out a plan to get the place decorated, and asked me for some final input. She took my sometimes stream of consciousness suggestions and made them into concrete ideas - as one example - I had said purple balloons, because my boyfriend is crazy about purple, and she proposed, in addition to the balloons, paper lanterns to decorate the place. They offered to pick up my cake as well, and take it to the venue, and to coordinate with my guests before the birthday boy arrived. By the time my guests got there, the spot in my venue reserved for the party had been transformed - and the guests noticed, and my bf and his family did as well! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
