We started with just two furniture packages that she pulled together from three storage units and have seen the rotation of staging packages grow to 12. As I mentioned, these are our oldest homes in the division, the average days on market for the ones we have staged to date is 505 days, with Keysha's help, our average days from staging to sale is only 61 days. She's helped us sell several homes that we couldn't move for well over a year only have it be sold in 10 days or less once staged. She's got an incredible eye and she's always there when we need her. And you do admit that if we wanted one made to the correct and original specifications we would have to pay an extra $250 over the agreed upon price.
