Below are details…read moreof our experience: Consultation Call: Prior to our photo session, we had a wonderful call with Eric where he got to know our likes, dislikes, passions, and hobbies so that he could use these elements in the photo shoot. Eric offered dress suggestions, answered all questions and was available anytime prior to the shoot for additional questions. Day of Shoot: Eric and his lovely wife met us at the location of our choice. We ran 30 minutes late and they were so understanding and patient. The session was comfortable and professional allowing for a number of high quality, candid shots. We never felt rushed and loved the warmth eric and his wife brought to our family session. It was truly a special experience. Following the Shoot: Eric sent sneak peeks of some of the pictures from our shoot. Not only were the original shots gorgeous, but the effects he applies to the photos in Photoshop take them to the next level. We received access to our pics in just a week and are thrilled with the outcome. Now the only challenge is choosing which pictures not to buy :) Overall, this was a wonderful experience. We will be using eric for all of our future family portraits and events.

I was on the fence because I thought the samples of their work was a little too artsy for my taste. My husband liked them right away because of that artistic quality. I am VERY happy with our decision to hire them! John and Lisa were the utmost professionals from beginning to end. They showed a genuine interest in shooting our wedding and had ideas for shots that we hadn't considered. Since we had a daytime wedding and reception, I was worried about that the lighting at both venues would be too harsh. I called John on short notice about this concern about a month before the wedding and he willingly dropped everything to go out the venue and check it out. He took a few photos to alleviate my concern. He went out again a couple of days before the wedding at the time the ceremony took place. They were punctual and professionally dressed on our wedding day. They were mindful of our tight timeline which I really appreciated. We were married in a very small, rustic chapel with very little room to move around. Lisa was crouched in a corner near the altar and captured some amazing shots during the ceremony. I loved the candid photos they took at both venues. Their turnaround time to produce the photos was incredibly fast - done in less than a week!! We were given 4 full discs of photos, 2 in a beautiful custom case. Outstanding quality. My only complaint was the lack of close up formal photos. It's minor, but I wish we didn't appear to be so far off in the distance in many of them. Overall, I would recommend the Rosenblums to any couple. Fantastic quality and service for a great value!

He was easy to communicate with through email and when we met to do the engagement photos, I could immediately trust him to find good backgrounds, lighting, poses, etc. That let me focus on hubby. We got the pictures quickly through a Dropbox link, which was convenient since I don't live in Tucson. For our wedding, he knew the venue already so I gave a few instructions and then trusted him to make the rest look great. He was easy going and quick and dependable. It was great. Even better? He had the photos online and on a CD that he hand delivered to our hotel hours before we left Tucson, the next day. Wow!! And as part of our package with the venue, we got a free photo album once I told him my favorites. I dropped the ball on that and emailed him a year later to ask if I could still get that done. He was gracious and just a few weeks later we had our album delivered. Honestly, Michael was the best vendor that I worked with for our wedding and the pictures are stunning. My wife said it was the best our family had ever looked. Thinking packages run about $350 no mention at that time only 1 pose and to purchase other poses are $100 each or $500-$700 for all I cant remember now. You find all this out after all is said and done in the actual session. OR if you spend $500 you can buy all of them for $150! And what really got me and left a bad taste in my pocket was the $30 to use my credit card, I explained I did not have the money in my account because I am a federal worker that is not getting paid for the past 2 months, asked any way to waive the fee to use my credit card and no care at all!!!!!! It was a NO!!! That ruined my entire experience and showed me they are out for every penny. I reconciled all other charges as I am sure to rent the facility there is expensive and figured they have to make money as it is a business, but be aware before booking it is not cheap and the pictures were good but definitely would not spend that kind of money again. I have compared prices and none were this high. Like I said that last $30 and no compassion ruined it for me. I wish they would have been upfront about cost and at least I could have made my choice with all the knowledge and not felt trapped. I wanted to walk out but doing so i would have lost my deposit of $150. Otherwise pics came out good. Nothing stood out to make me feel like ohhhh this was worth $700. So if you have the money to spend it was good. Just know going in, I wish someone would have warned me
