Ok my experience was, well let's just say if I had a do over I would have done the senior portrait and that is it!!! I got talked into putting a deposit of $150 for March session. Thinking packages run about $350 no mention at that time only 1 pose and to purchase other poses are $100 each or $500-$700 for all I cant remember now. You find all this out after all is said and done in the actual session. OR if you spend $500 you can buy all of them for $150! And what really got me and left a bad taste in my pocket was the $30 to use my credit card, I explained I did not have the money in my account because I am a federal worker that is not getting paid for the past 2 months, asked any way to waive the fee to use my credit card and no care at all!!!!!! It was a NO!!! That ruined my entire experience and showed me they are out for every penny. I reconciled all other charges as I am sure to rent the facility there is expensive and figured they have to make money as it is a business, but be aware before booking it is not cheap and the pictures were good but definitely would not spend that kind of money again. I have compared prices and none were this high. Like I said that last $30 and no compassion ruined it for me. I wish they would have been upfront about cost and at least I could have made my choice with all the knowledge and not felt trapped. I wanted to walk out but doing so i would have lost my deposit of $150. Otherwise pics came out good. Nothing stood out to make me feel like ohhhh this was worth $700. We loved working with Snaptive! Tracy and Brandon are a professional and helpful couple. We had so much fun working with them! When we first met with Snaptive, I was surprised to learn that there "base" package includes almost everything you really need from a wedding photographer (such as engagement shoot, 2 photographers, digital high resolution copies with printing rights, all day or reasonable amount of hours to shoot, etc.). Their packages even come with things you might not have thought of like a printed photo for your guest book table, save the dates, online viewing for family and friends, and a photo book. Snaptiv was willing to sit with us and customize a package based on our budget and priorities. At the least, give them a call to see what they can do for you! Snaptive is truly a professional outfit. They work with you to set the "day of" schedule that you can provide your service vendors. I was at easy knowing that nothing would be forgotten! As a type "A" person, I don't think I could have had such a beautifully organized wedding without Snaptive! The day of was so stress free! Tracy and Brandon also go out of their way to work with your vendors. The photos are perfect! Our wedding ceremony was inside a church which can be tricky for photographers. Snaptive comes prepared for any situation and has all the needed lighting and camera accessories to shoot amazing photos. On more than one occasion Ray and his team helped us with some production photography. I approached them when other photographers couldn't help, or I needed a studio for composite work. All the ladies are extremely helpful. Typically they focus on Graduates and family items, however they do some nice in studio work as well. These guys offer a reasonable service! I can't say any photographer is perfect but the certainly bailed me out on more than one occasion and that's why like Arnold ... I always say .... I'll be back. read more

Wanted something less "traditional" for my son's senior portraits. This team went above and beyond! Over 200 photos, capturing him posing and stages in between (some of which are my favorites). The best part was the price! The school packages offered paled in comparison! Brandon, Tracey and Kylee are amazing! My son actually enjoyed the whole experience (which is saying something...he's a teenager) and I will treasure the photos forever. I can not recommend them enough! read more

I do not recommend this place at all for senior pictures! First of all, they're over priced. I paid around $700-$800 (I don't remember the exact price because this was a while ago) for my pictures and while I did get the bigger pack that allowed for 3 outfits, it still was way too expensive for the quality of pictures I got. The photographer I had wasn't very willing to listen and work with me. I would make suggestions saying "can I pose this way, it's a more flattering angle for me?" And he'd tell me I couldn't. This happened multiple times. When I finally got the pictures back I was disappointed in the way they came out. I have experience editing pictures and although I'm no professional, I could edit the pictures way better and tell they were lazily/minimally edited. They just were so flat. Part of it is just what you prefer aesthetically. I personally like bright a colorful pictures, if you like that too, don't come here. My pictures look nothing like the ones they've uploaded to yelp! Only a few were actually decent. Majority had weird orange and pink tints and I have had friends who have said they had the same issue too. I'm not sure how they are with any other type of picture such as family pictures, which seem to be popular here. I would just say be leery and you're probably better off going somewhere else. read more

I would definitely recommend this place! Not only are the prices super reasonable ($100 for newborn shoot with a handfull of printed pictures + photo cd of all pics), but they were just a dream to work with! I've got newborn twins and it was a HAND-FULL to deal with them at the photo shoot. One was happy while the other was crying. One was awake and the other was sleeping. It's VERY difficult to get a newborn to cooperate, let alone TWO newborns. The photographers were so professional and kind! Very patient to let us try to soothe the babies and take breaks to get them to calm down. We were also able to do "costume" changes (cute naked butt pics, fancy dress pics, and big bow pics) and had a whole variety of poses! Not only did the pics come out wonderfully, but they somehow managed to get flattering pics of my husband and me with the girls - even with the extra baby weight I'm carrying around!
