This is the closest to a " back in the day" shop that I've seen in a long time. They card everyone, but I support that so I don't mind. That's to gain entry to the main part of the store. Incredibly well-stocked, and lots of stupid cool glass in the center cases. Mere mortals afford these not, but they are really fun to scope out. We usually go there every few months for this or that. The folks that populate the place are chill and knowledgeable. Seniors and veterans get discounts. May sound insane to some but I had a wild day! Woke up with a migraine, slept all day before heading into work and serving people ... pretending like I didn't feel like death and want to be in bed. My 3chi pen from another place leaked everywhere per usual so I had nothing to calm my anxiety prior to work... which delta 9 hybrid is what I typically use to help with that. Cut to the end of my night and I had a late table come in keeping me there later than normal and I was already planning on going to the shop after work since they didn't close until 10. I was pushing it really close and I called and asked them if I was to get there right before they close if they would still let me get something if I knew what I wanted and the guy on the phone said "as long as you're here before 10 and now what you want"which I got there a minute or two before 10 .. knew what I wanted and they checked me out! Employees and manager are AWFUL. Customer service is horrible and everyone is so high they can barely function. After explaining what I wanted the employee didn't understand even after repeating myself multiple times. This has happened the last few times I've been in there. Not usually a frequenter of head shops, but they seem to be the only place to buy tattoo supplies. And they have a great selection as well as a super helpful staff. They have always had what we need and the staff is great about making suggestions if you are unsure. As I said earlier, I have no reason to go to a head shop but I can certainly appreciate the art in the blown glass products they offer for sale. Some of it doesn't seem very practical, but it sure is pretty. And they have a lot of it. So go check them out. read more

Went there to buy a MR fog and after I bought it they told me to "try it out" so I did and it was hitting horribly. They refused to give me a different one and when I got home it only lasted about an hour??! Shitty service, they told me they didn't even vape? Visited here today and service was exceptional. I was helped by a blonde girl with glasses and she helped me find exactly what I needed. She was absolutely amazing despite the fact that she had just gotten screamed at by an angry customer who was freaking out over the mask policy (which is mandatory in Marion County). Before I mention my experience I would like to say that I don't live in the area and this was my first and only visit to this smoke shop. I came in only for a Mr. Fog vape and was directed towards these products. I picked out the vape that I wanted and continued to pay for the device. I spent around $20 for the Mr. Fog only to find out after I left that I purchased a FAKE Mr. Fog. I am very aware that vaping and nicotine are very harmful to the body, but purchasing a FAKE Mr. Fog and using a FAKE Mr. Fog can be even more harmful to a consumer. I am highly disappointed that this smoke shop knowingly provided me with this FAKE device. I arrived about 10 minutes before they closed, so when I realized the device was not real it was too late to confront the employees. Please do not support a business that knowingly sells fake products as this is a scam. The pictures attached show the device and you can see that the mouth piece is backwards and when I attempted to verify the device on the Mr. Fog website the device was clearly FAKE. I not only want to bash this smoke shop, but to bring awareness to this issue for customers like myself. read more

I've heard a lot of great things about this place so I decided to finally stop in with my sister recently. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a staff member and they told us that if we had any questions to let them know. They have a pretty massive selection of really anything related to smoking/vaping/etc. I was excited to see they had a number of very affordable pieces, but if you're looking for something a tad more elegant, have no fear. They have a bunch of huge cases filled with some of the coolest pipes and other pieces. There is a huge wall with all kinds of wraps, papers, and all that cool stuff. They also have another side of the store that has things like clothes, cool little knick knacks, posters and stuff. They also have a pretty decent selection of body jewelry and gauges. And, they also have a whole other side for adult movies and sex toys and things like that. (My sister and I had a laugh because we didn't know this at first and that was the side we first walked into. We got confused until we saw the sign that said something like "Dude, the smoke shop is this way") Even if you're not looking to buy anything, this is still a cool shop to come in and check out. I came in for the first time. I was excited to buy something for my husband for our 18th anniversary. I walked in with my brother in law in hopes to find a strong piece of glass that my husband would not break easily. I browsed for a minute. An employee walked over and asked if he could help. I use to live on the Northside. Now that I'm on this side of town, I love this location better! Parking is odd but nothing to genuinely complain about. I love this location because of how easy you can move around. They have display cases (which could be a little higher off the ground) circling the room, as well as wall displays circling the entire room. At rarely is in the middle which I enjoy looking at while my fiancé shops around. I really enjoy looking at their water accessories and the display case in the middle. They have local glass pieces for sale, by local artists :) Everyone is so nice. Sometimes hard to get someone's attention but once you have it they help you until your transaction is finished. They always have what I'm looking for and then some. I bought new incense: Harlequin and Carnival. This is the only place I've been able to find these new scents. I happened to walk by and the Carnival had me instantly. I just HAD to smell it out lol. Their display cases always look more appealing too because of how bright they are. Other head shops I've been to they line their cases with black velvet. Which is cool so you can see through the glass, but it honestly doesn't help. I walked in tonight just to get a vape pen. Walked into the main shop and forgot to show my ID. Dude with the big gauges stops me. I'm 23 and will gladly show my ID.
