Guy behind the counter didn't try to update me showed me lighter selection and encouraged my wife and I to take a look at the cigar selection. Who am I to argue. Great selection found a cigar I enjoy My Father - Blue Label and Davidoff Late Hour petites. The wife selected a Kentucky Fire cured. All priced appropriately. The entrance to the lounge is in the humidor so we paid and the cashier said sure go enjoy. Water is in the fridge help yourself. A couple "regulars" in the lounge watching college football. After small conversations they offered to put in the UGA game for her. Several large screen tvs (not too loud), chairs were arranged decent not crowded. Felt right at home! Great staff, Great selection and Nice lounge. Highly recommend.

Instead of receiving even basic courtesy, I was met with an incredibly condescending, hostile, and disrespectful attitude from Evan. As I was expressing my frustration over the situation, Evan looked at me and said, "I get it, you're going through withdrawals." I was completely speechless. That comment was not only false, but deeply insulting, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate. There is absolutely no circumstance where it is acceptable for an employee to make degrading personal assumptions about a customer. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, Evan chose to belittle and mock me. His demeanor throughout the interaction was arrogant, dismissive, and openly hostile. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I spend a significant amount of money at this establishment, and I refuse to be treated with that level of disrespect. I will be reporting this incident to management because no customer should be spoken to in that manner. The only reason I am not taking my business elsewhere is because of the wonderful young woman who works the morning shift. She is consistently kind, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. She represents exactly how customers should be treated. If not for her outstanding service, I would never return after my experience with Evan.

She steered me away from the plain old tobacco flavor into an interesting and delicious melon fluid. I quit smoking almost a year ago and this thing is a great replacement (even though I use 0% nicotine). We also picked up some rolling papers and a hand painted ashtray, Will return for more!

After scouring the Illadelph by All in One West Chester location my eyes were simply delighted. Here at this smoke shop not only was I greeted by such an outgoing and sociable staff but also a plethora of glass. There were exquisite custom pieces from Illadelph that I never encountered before. Secondly, there was a wide variety of other brands of glass to meet everyone's budget. The store gave off a very fun atmosphere, music was playing and the staff repeatedly asked if I needed help finding anything or if I wanted to see anything up close. All of the display cases were extremely clean with an array of water pipes in every color, shape, and size. Additionally, the shop had an ejuice test bar station with over 70 flavors in house juice along with several premium juices. If you are new to this area I strongly recommend checking out this store. Whether your in search of a lighter, glass pipe, vape, hookah, sisha or tobacco this store has it all! Not only is the selection endless they offer a reward program. Tom the manager signed me up and explained that every dollar I spend I would receive points on every purchase made at the store. All in all I originally came in search of a sweet tapestry for my dorm but got much more then I bargained for. My purchase landed me 70 points for my tapestry, candle, and incense purchase, now on my next visit to the store I can even get a free smoke shop lighter!
