The area is a bit rundown on the outside and there was a fight happening in the parking lot by the alley (yes at 10 o'clock in the morning lol) which was kinda scary esp in an unfamiliar area. The place has a lot of beautiful fabric types & designs so many to choose from!! They also sell bracelets, hair clips, flags and other accessories not only of Samoan representation, they also have Māori, Chammoro, Tongan, Hawaiian, iTaukei, Mao'hi, and other polynesian islands (sorry if I didn't mention your island). Outfitting some church ladies in some wonderful ensembles! Some of the outfits this year were just jaw dropping! I'm heading over to take a look after meeting with Atzaira after the luncheon. She was so funny introducing the models describing what they are wearing and encouraging our ladies to have fun and enjoy their appearance and how beautiful they look! I came in on Nov 24 to charge a battery was…read moregiven a battery charge ticket and came back with the ticket on Nov 26 to pick it up and the battery I dropped off was no longer there. I spoke with the manager and was told it would be looked into. Was told they do not know what happened to it and was told to come back to get a replacement battery. I came back on Nov 27 and was helped by who I believe was the night manager Nick who seemed to make it my problem and if I actually dropped off a battery that day when he was working as well. I told him the make and model of the car for the battery and he pulled up the battery and then he asked me for my phone number for my account and decided to give me a battery for a different car that I ordered last year instead of the correct battery that we already established previously. I assumed he was correct in giving me the correct battery and found out it was the wrong battery when I brought it home because it was too small. As a customer I do not appreciate being accused of something and was following their procedures. On top of being given the wrong battery as a replacement when I clearly established the information for what car it was for. He did not bother to verify why the battery was different from what was discussed and just gave me the wrong battery.
