The kids picked out their paint colors and then we found out that your location was out of (six) different colors that they wanted and they had to settle for less appealing options. The attendants were slow to replenish the paint and acted like it was an inconvenience, even though they were getting a "mandatory gratuity". They could have been nicer and more friendly. One of the colors they "replenished" was not the same color as we got at the beginning even though we asked for the same color # and the attendant even checked the # to make sure, and one of the kids ending up having two different colors of paint in one section of her ceramic piece that she was really disappointed about. When we asked the attendant how we could fix it, she said she didn't know and literally walked away mid-conversation to help someone else. She clearly did not care about our party once we sat down. My bill was almost $300 and the mandatory gratuity was $49.32 which was absolutely not worth the service we got. I doubt we would come back to your store since we never had this issue at Color Me Mine.

I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . "this client decided to be cheap and hired her own crew" = FALSE. I used the on-site labor provided by Shepard, the show's contractor. "I felt bad and offered Karrie about $6,000 credit" = FALSE. The show happened July 4th, and I have a trail of emails requesting a credit until at last September with NO RESPONSE FROM ASHUR. The $6000 was not because of the extra labor (which I DID NOT even charge him for), it was for the graphics he reprinted on-site because he didn't print the right panels and sizes (SEE ATTACHMENT). "Funds were never received by us and were credited back to her when we saw the mistake." = FALSE. The charges happened in May, and I had to follow up for over 30 days before I finally filed a charge back. Ashur responded with "System will credit back shortly" and "first charge is a hold and should come off and will not show up on your bill" for weeks until I gave up. You notice that he didn't comment at all on that giant missing 4' panel for our last job with him? Yeah, because there's no excuse for that.
