He reasponded to all our emails very quickly, called us with updates, and when the weather put the job on hold, he let us know his plan on how to finish up the job. Yes they're reasonably priced and great communicators but the work was done amazing! They are super detail orientated, power washed our entire house before starting the paint, and taped off all sections perfectly that there was zero bleed on to any windows. The quote was reasonable, but everything went downhill as soon as we gave them a deposit. Every single thing that occurred from that point forward was done poorly. After multiple months of silence we finally started following up trying to find when our deck would get painted. We had numerous dates given which were all missed. They eventually said they were unable to hire people to complete the work because of COVID. We would have been more forgiving of this if they communicated this to us early and didn't require us to constantly follow up to figure out why things were getting delayed. (paying their employees more might help too) They eventually sent someone to paint and quality was beyond bad. They rushed the job and straight up missed spots while getting paint all over. They ended up sending someone to finish the job, and we were able to accept this as a poor quality job that was at least completed. Fast forward a few months and the real problems started becoming apparent. They told us they would scrape off the old paint and then apply two coats of opaque stain. Since this was a rushed job they scraped off some of the old paint that was flaking, but ended up applying the stain to large sections that already had paint on it. Within months everything started coming off, and in well under a year the deck looks as bad as it did before we got it painted. Our saving grace is that they included a one year warranty... or so we thought. We called to ask them to come out and rectify the situation. Instead of sending someone to come out to inspect and fix the problem, they came up with a handful of reasons why it wasn't their fault. Walking surfaces aren't covered (its a deck)... Galvanized metal isn't covered (our deck is wood)... The paint they were supposed to scrape away is causing this... You get the idea... Long story short, if you were to ask me to describe a train wreck of a painting company that did the bare minimum to not get sued, this is it.

It hurt to even give these guys one star. Samuel (owner) will talk the talk. He sounded so…read moreconfident and professional when we spoke to him for the quote. We were impressed and wanted to give him a shot at our whole house, interior paint job. He promised us he could get it done before we moved in (about a week) and that anything we didn't like, he would make sure it was to our liking before leaving. He started by buying the cheapest paint Sherwin Williams offers. It was ProMar 200 - commercial grade paint. After the first day, they asked us what time we wanted them there the next day and we said, 8am. They responded, "Well we live a half hour away." First guy showed up the next day at 9:20. They showed up late other times too. None of them seemed like very experienced painters. Applied tape poorly, so that when it was taken off, lines were not clean at all. Kitchen ceiling had multiple missed areas, making it look worse than before they "painted" it. They had told us they would put up drywall over the wall in a half bath because previous owner had painted over wallpaper, and couldn't be removed without pulling off chunks of drywall. Then in the middle of the job, they decided to just "patch" the areas where wallpaper was peeling. See picture below to see how that turned out. The worst was one night, Samuel left the youngest guy to finish the kitchen area. The kid decided to speed things up and used a sprayer on our drywall. We were left with overspray on ceilings, walls, and kitchen cabinets. We were very upset and called Samuel who promised to show up on Memorial Day weekend to make it right. Said he would bring in a crew of 4 from another job. He showed up with one guy, didn't have the materials to fix the overspray on the cabinets. When we got to the house 5 minutes late (we still weren't moved in yet), he was angry that we were late. When we pointed out that it was only a few minutes and his guys had been late repeatedly, he denied it and said they were leaving because we "disrespected them". Couldn't believe it. They left our house damaged, didn't clean up their messes, and just left. They disrespected our time and property throughout the project, and because we called them out for doing such poor work and being late repeatedly, they were "disrespected." We figured they knew they were in over their heads with all the damage, so they needed a way out. No crew of 4 showed up to "make things right." Seems like they had no intention of bringing anyone in. Just needed an excuse to quit in the middle of the poorly done job. We obviously didn't pay them the balance, but they took us for WAY too much money anyway considering the unfinished work, horrible quality of work that was done, and unprofessional time management. They even took all the cheap paint with them so we couldn't even make corrections ourselves. Ended up getting an amazing guy to help us out and he did great work cleaning up their messes and applying high quality paint. If you are considering using this company for a project, RUN AWAY FAST!!

Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor. I'll update this review with some more photos once I finish the rest of the project.
