The fence that was installed was really well done. However, about 3 months after install 1 of the…read moregates was completely warped out causing a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the gate. This was noticed in July. On July 2nd I reached out to get a repair scheduled. I have spoken/text with 4 different people and have gotten nowhere. I was last contacted Sept 13th asking for the name on the contract. I sent over a copy of the contract and nothing from them since. Now I can't even get a call or text in response. The customer service is horrible!
