Blaze said when he stood on the section it didn't feel right and when the old roof came off we discovered why. The fix was not overly costly. Mostly just the cost of the extra wood and bracing. My roof is beautiful and was done in a day. They covered plants and were careful. All workers were very polite. When they were finished they did a sweep with a long magnet for any nails and then broom swept the drive and walkway. I highly recommend them.

I have had two contractors confirm this which this company refuses to listen to because they "can't trust other contractors." Please do not do business with them, the more people I talk to about this company the more horror stories I hear. Also there was no quality check on the paint as you can see, when he says that he only means the manufacturer came out and said my warranty was in tact and even they said there were pieces that need replacing. Patrick construction really took advantage of the situation and jacked up his price. A hot water line that he installed was not working, and he refused to fix it. Where they really shine is with their follow up. There was one small detail that they needed to complete and came back a few days later. They took care of that and while on our roof noticed damage to a peak from a lightning strike of all things. They helped to get that all repaired. And even after almost 4 years, when one shingle worked loose, they came back and fixed it quickly.

Bill and his wife were amazing. Great communication, price and timely service. Being that I live in Florida and the house to be painted is in TN I had to trust them to have access to my home without me there. I never had any worries with this company. They turned my new purchase from mess to amazing. Their guys are professional and do an outstanding job. When I went back to inspect there was a room that wasn't painted, my fault not theirs, and Bill had 2 guys that he left that same day to finish the work.
