One sale agent tells one they had to put money into it thus the car cost more, another sales agent tells me no money is put into it as it is "sold as is" information are not consistent. They had the tone to ask me "if you're really interested come visit and check the car" I already told three times you get me the details of the vehicle or visiting your dealership from 1 hour away would be a pointless visit, and why would I not be interested if I AM THE ONE SEARCHING AND INQUIRING ABOUT THE VEHICLE, logic much? better off buying from a real dealership for same price, at least I wont be mislead with information.

Also this is the only dealer that I've brought my car to for service. Dean from the service department represents the brand well, and his quite passionate about the work that he and his group do. Downsides: The street around the dealership is littered with parked inventory and staff vehicles, making Canam effectively a 1 lane road, which makes pulling out of the dealership a little tricky.

Over the course of my ownership, I have experienced numerous issues with both my vehicle and my interactions with this dealership. Most recently, my vehicle has already undergone **three turbocharger replacements** and is now potentially facing a **fourth**. In addition, I have spent **thousands of dollars** replacing fuel injectors and ignition coils, yet the underlying issue remains unresolved after **five repair attempts**. What has been most disappointing is how this situation has been handled. I was informed that unless I allow the same service department--the team that has been unable to resolve the problem after multiple attempts--to work on my vehicle again, I will not be provided with a rental vehicle. As someone who relies on my vehicle to commute more than an hour each way to work, being left without reliable transportation places a significant burden on me. As a loyal Honda customer, I expected accountability, transparency, and meaningful support when a recurring mechanical issue could not be resolved. Instead, I have been left to deal with the financial costs, inconvenience, and uncertainty of a problem that has persisted despite repeated repairs. I am sharing my experience to raise awareness and in the hope that Honda, Honda Canada, Performance Honda Mayfield, and the General Manager of the Honda Mayfield dealership will take this matter seriously, stand behind their products and service, and work toward a fair resolution for customers when repeated repair attempts fail.
