This is the coolest bar/restaurant in Bordeaux! Yeah baby! Loving it. Can't get enough. Drinking and more drinking. Drinking with the cool bartenders (keep buying rounds for them) and eating their amazing food. This place is a little different in they have a set menu with a few select items. I got the 12 oz steak. Still small for me. My friends all got the Duck. I can't do duck. I feel bad. Their so cute. Poor duckies. My food was amazing. I got the 12 oz steak. Not Prime level like the US but it was great. Served with fries and white rice I devoured every bite. I also got the mushroom sauce. Probably because I needed food in my stomach because I drank so much. Steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We drank a lot of great wines and beer. These guys are super cool. We kept buying rounds for everyone. That's probably part of the reason they loved us haha. But great food and great service. What more can I say. Super cool bar and restaurant. Highly recommend!

Probably my favorite meal and wine list in the city of Bordeaux!…read more The food menu is small and ever-changing. Everything we tried was delicious, with my favorite being a delicious duck dish. The wine list is spectacular and very reasonably priced. Lots of great selections from Bordeaux, of course, but what differentiates this place from good restaurants in the city is that they also have great wines from Burgundy, Champagne, Alsace, etc. We actually went with a lovely Prieure Roch from Burgundy since it paired better with our meals than Bordeaux. Service was quick, friendly, and helpful. Ambiance is upscale casual (is that a thing?) and unpretentious. Overall, a great experience and a must-visit in BDX!

I had my usual scotch, which was a very nice pour and my wife had a white wine. Both very nice. Our waiter, Teophane, was very friendly and casual. My attempts at French amused him.
