I declined and paid the diagnostic fee of $103. Took my car to AutoZone. They performed a diagnostic (for free) and replaced my battery for $216, a savings of $300. By the way AutoZone will do a check engine light test for free and install a battery for free. I have been taking three cars to EXPRESS OIL yearly for 20 years. That stops today!

True to any Express Oil experience, the folks working here were helpful, friendly, and did the full checks on things like cabin filters, oiled the door hinges, etc. And service was always quick! My only complaint, and it's not on Express Oil Change, is it's difficult to exit this store and go immediately south on the Parkway. I goofed up an exit the first visit here, and the next visit, the team working at Express Oil helped me navigate to a side street exit that really helped me get safely to South Parkway, headed south.
