There was no word on my car for over a week and when i called to ask for a rental they said it has to be looked at first. Why hasn't the car been looked at in over a week?! Now, about three weeks after it was towed, they finally called at about 9:00 AM today and said "you can come get it, it just needed a simple radiator fan replacement." I took the two hour drive down here expecting my car to be ready, now being 3:00 PM, and they say it's not going to be ready today. You're kidding. I never got a rental, we were never updated on the car, got more than one excuse, not reimbursed for the uber, and drove two hours down here just to wait for another two because they haven't even started on it. what ARE you doing Kia Bramlett?

I sat in the…read morewaiting room for an hour and a half before they let me know that no one had any record of me having an appointment or any part being ordered. We received a text about the scheduled appointment, so it was in the system somewhere. They were indignant that I was bothered by the poor quality of service. One guy even suggested that I shouldn't be upset because it was his birthday. Every single guy in the service department is confused, befuddled, grumpy and absolutely unapologetic about their poor service.. Having an appointment means nothing as far as your timeline for getting service. They are incapable of communicating with written word, so if the guy you talk to on the phone isn't actually there, no one knows anything about the parts ordered or the service needed.

I dropped my wife's 2001 Silverado off in late February to have the air conditioning and an oil…read moreleak worked on. Heard nothing back for literally months despite periodic check ins on my part. Finally I had to call and be less friendly only to be told the service rep I had been working with had left the company and all of his assignments had basically been ignored. (Their words were "fell through the cracks", but I digress.) So we finally get the truck actually worked on, and after being quoted 3600 for the work, when my wife went by to pick up the truck, we were initially charged well over 5000. After protesting this as this was not what we were quoted, the service desk claimed part of the initial assessment left by the previous service agent had not been part of the quote we were given. Finally my wife was given a discount and we paid roughly 4400 only for the truck to have to be jump started as the battery had died while in their "care" and we weren't even offered a chance to buy one on site. Instead my wife was rushed out of the door and we bought a battery at Autozone. So I called and spoke to the general manager the next morning as I was at work at the time this was all transpiring. Initially I was satisfied by his efforts to make things right: he apologized and rebated me part of the bill, leaving us having paid 4000 dollars for the work done...only for the truck's service engine light immediately come on and begin flashing the next morning. So we once again dropped it off, and they supposedly fixed the problem again. Only for us to come and pick up the truck and the battery was dead. Again. So back to the dealership it went again. At this point we're in July. A month later they still haven't told us what the status is, or what the problem might be. Do your business, especially service business, somewhere else.

I arrived and everyone was ready due to me making a appointment. I arrived and they told me I could go look at the vehicle while they do numbers. When I got to the numbers all a sudden the price of the vehicle jumped to 70k. I asked about the $47,500 and the salesman said that is what they show online. I asked to test drive another vehicle and the salesman sat in the back seat on his phone the entire time. Will drive to a different state if I have to before I deal with them again. BEWARE OF ONLINE PRICES.
