Then he said it had to be replaced for $675.00. He also said the spring should be tightened for another $90.00. I had him replace the entire garage door opener but until I stopped him all he wanted to replace was the drive motor unit. After the fact I checked with Home Depot, the unit cost $179.00 That made the insulation price $495.00 Pretty steep I'd say. On top of this the technician was surely and rude.DON'T USE THESE PROPLE
