Then they present a contract for an annual agreement "as mere paperwork to get the job started." I have been hoodwinked. I will never do business with this company again. if they require an annual contract (as many other firms do), then be honest about it with your customers. Follow on comment: I have no reason to lie about this business. Peyton is an individual entrepreneur. I liked the man's approach and was inclined to use him over a the slick franchise services. He made a number of observations about my problem, which other vendors had not. He seemed inherently credible. I regret choosing him for the reasons I discuss above.
