I called around, and Brian (the owner) at B & H said he had several dryers that were nearly new. I drove over and parked outside the fence. Don't be fooled, B & H is in business and open, they keep appliances on their way in or out in the parking area. Make your way through to the building and you will meet down-to-earth, honest, and really helpful people. Brian showed me a very reasonably priced dryer, plugged it in so I could see it working, and he made sure I had the correct plug on it to fit my receptacle. The delivery guy (I feel bad I can't remember his name) was able to deliver it right then and get it installed. The 220 Electrical receptacle was mounted high on the wall; therefore, the normal plug did not work. Never fear; he had a long one on the truck and switched it out on the spot. He not only made sure the dryer was leveled, but he also did the same for my washer (that was in the condo when I bought it) and took the old dryer out. I think it was about two hours from my initial call to drying a load of laundry - A RECORD! I gave the installer what I thought was a generous tip and I guess it was since he refused to take it and put it back in my hand. Who does that anymore??? I finally won by insisting he earned it and pressing it back in his hand. This was an all-around 5+ star experience and service. Since B & H does appliance repair as well, I will certainly call them if I have a need with any other appliance. A very happy customer, John J.

How that makes sense is beyond me. I sent my files and Bo passed me off to Jennifer who could not get a proof correct to save her life. I never ACTUALLY approved anything. Bo actually emailed this to me. "We will send you a final invoice prior to mailing with actual postage (which will be less than quoted)." Never got an invoice prior to mailing, which I dont even know that my mailers left Ironside, as I never got the invoice either! So after 3 versions of proofs sent and incorrect spelling of my name, I was uncomfortable working with this company. I still am fighting here, on the 4th of October, as I just got the invoice FROM SEPTEMBER 5TH. Crazy. I used another company who got my mailers out in a timely fashion, even after this huge eff up from Ironside. I recieved tracking with the new company and my client started recieving RSVP phone calls for their event. When working with Ironside, on 9/16/24 my client still had no calls - again this job was started on Sept. 5th. I have a feeling it's going to get more in depth but I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ever. Not even a phone call to me.
