i gave them 1 star because they actually did show up for the initial treatment. after they were paid - no customer service. they were supposed to provide the final invoice and report - still waiting they cancelled two scheduled follow up appointments and they did not bother to call back to reschedule. i had to chase them still waiting , left numerous messages ( when the voice mail allows), emails and texts. no calls back. they may be cheaper than others but now i know why you pay for what you get. call them at your own risk read more
