My parents hired this company to deal with a mouse issue in their condo. The price -- for a 6-month…read morecontract during which the company commits to coming every two weeks to check on the status and efficacy of their poison box -- was $700. Not only did the company not honor the terms of the contract  (they only returned to my parents' condo  after my mother called to say there were still mice droppings in the cupboard) but 4 months later, my parents are still dealing with the mice issue. Although the company claims to guarantee their service (it says so explicitly on their website), they are telling my parents that there are probably other condos in the same building experiencing the same mice issue, and that if indeed this is the case, my parent's problem is no longer the company's.  The last conversation my mother had with the company was with a man named Ricky who refused to provide his last name, and who was dismissive and disrespectful. Not only is their claim of providing "quick and permanent solutions" false, but the customer service is terrible, and it seems they may be taking advantage of elderly clients whom they prejudicially assume cannot fight back.
