If you have no problem with throwing away money, then by all means use their service. The customer service workers are rude. When you ask to speak to management, the worker will hang up the call. Workers apologizing is no help when the drivers do whatever they want to do. Instead of apologizing write up these non-compliant workers and/or give them some unpaid time off That way, the workers will take their jobs seriously rather than allowing the workers to get away with antagonizing customers. I will make it my duty to NEVER use DHL. I will ensure that business owners using DHL will no longer use your services. In the last hour, I have spoken with several business owners who said that DHL provides the worst service of all the couriers available. Now, what does that say to you? I'll tell you exactly what it says. It says do NOT use DHL. PERIOD. DHL workers act as if they aren't consumers. Maybe if DHL ditch them, they would understand how customers feel.
