Had 24/7 Wireless replace a Samsung 7 Edge battery which I supplied, and he also replaced it's severely cracked back cover. Augustin was personable and he did a great job as the 5 year old cell phone now works better than new, with a new 4500 mah battery instead of the original 3600 mah battery. Should another phone require repair, I will happily return. Augustin also advised me to use my battery case charger only when the phone's battery is very low as it diminishes the phone's battery life. read more

Came here to drop off my husband's iPhone, which had both sides completely cracked after being dropped. For less than $150 they were able to fix it the very same day. However once picked up, I was told the camera wasn't working for face id and the cash discount I was told about earlier did not apply. 4 stars for the service on fixing the phone (for the most part). This business should be the poster child for how all businesses are run. I ran across 24/7 Wireless on the Internet while trying to find a cell phone repair shop that could repair the power button on my iPhone 4s. I had been to a number of shops already and was told that the repair would exceed the value of the phone and was just not worth the cost. Other shops said that the phone couldn't be repaired as the parts were no longer available. Hugo, the owner of 24/7, said that repairing the phone would not be a problem and to bring it in. He also quoted a price of $30. Although I live quite a distance away, the positive Yelp reviews of this business convinced me that the drive would be worthwhile - best decision ever. The moment you walk into the store you are greeted with a smile and a hello. The folks here are professional, highly personable, and have a natural ability to put you at ease and make you feel at home. I left my iPhone in their capable hands and explored Hialeah for the next couple of hours until the phone was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, Hugo handed me my phone (now functioning perfectly) and said "Thank you". I thanked him as well and asked "How much do I owe you?" His answer again was "Thank you". I was in total shock...Hugo would not charge me for the repair. This place and the people who work here are AWESOME. A few days later I received a follow-up message from the shop asking if the repair was ok. Is that incredible? How many businesses do you know of these days that have that degree of customer care and service? I'll bet not too many. Guess what? 2 days ago I received a 2-week follow-up email from 24/7 Wireless just checking back to make sure everything is going well. These guys are far beyond a 5-star rating...they're off the scale. Regardless of where you live in Dade or Broward County, this is the one-stop shop to go to for all of your wireless needs. Went today after having an issue with my iPhone for the last few days. The only choice I was given at all these places, including Apple, was just to get a new phone and lose all my data. I gave them a call and spoke to Hugo, or Peter, depending on how he answers the phone at the particular time. lol He was very friendly and helpful. Once there, I was quickly taken care of. The owner of the place didn't even try to help in fixing or replacing the phone and 5 hours to reply with a no is a complete and utter waste of time I dont understand how the place was rated 5 stars it should be 3 at most the service provided wasn't even helpful at all I hoped for better service and quick responses but this place is lacking alot I bet if I took my phone to a sedanos with a simple mobile in it they probably would fix or replace it for me read more

They are awesome! Besides being the only place opened on a Sunday around that area, they made the search worth while. The services I needed wasn't such a big deal but, it needed to be taken care of. There is no place better in Miami to get your phones fixed - they are HONEST, do a great job - even fixing things that other cellphone repair shops in the past haven't been able to fix - pleasant, helpful - and they stand by their work.
