I've moved recently and had no idea about local dentists. This place stood out from the recommendations as my friends travel for over an hour to get seen here and boy were they right! Ivy House was able to see me quickly, able to put me at ease and never offered any more than what was necessary. They were able to start a procedure to stop my pain and offered good follow up without charging for X-rays or offering extra 'premium' services. This was in stark contrast to another unnamed dentist who planned to charge three times the price for extra unnecessary procedures, didn't do anything for my pain and were generally unavailable for appointments. Ivy house is a really first class service where you felt they weren't just trying to make money. They even have added perks such as NHS work and online appointment booking making them somewhere I'd utterly go back to.

The dentist diagnosed me and said I had to urgently see the hospital. This was more than 3 months ago and they still haven't referred me! I've called the receptionist several times and she keeps telling me she's 'too busy' making a referral. She told me she had reminded the dentist, who to this point, still haven't made the referral for me. The clinic obviously doesn't care about it's patients which worries me: not the receptionist, not the dentist. I can understand them being busy, we are all busy, but telling me 'we will call you back' and never call me back, more than 10 times, is out of order! I would highly recommend everyone not to use this clinic!

From my first visit to my last both Dr Shenas and Magdalena were so kind and reassuring on the treatment plan which required root canal on my two front teeth, and I am pleased to say he "saved my smile" as I did not have to have my teeth removed. He also secured metal braces to realign my damaged teeth and jawline, finishing with Invisalign's. Two years later my teeth are repaired, beautifully straight and I am pain free. Booked appointment with dr. Naazi Marouf who, judging from the business card, is a dental surgeon. It took 3 visits to fix it and the tooth was still bothering me .. The first visit resulted in filling with wide gap left between the front teeth which looked awful .. Moreover, the bite was horrible preventing me from eating well .. So booked a second visit .. this time dr. Naazi Marouf trimmed the tooth too much leaving the gap between front and bottom teeth. Awfull ..The third visit the gap disappeared but the bite, again, was uncomfortable .. Worst, dr. Naazi refused any further dental assistance offering a recommendation to a specialist .. Quite frustrating experience .. multiplied by annoying jokes and comments coming from the doctor .. All unpleasant and disappointing .. But Bupa Centre stepped in .. Received a phone call from Georgia, supervisor(?), offering another visit, this time with dr. Rafael Barosso .. 10-15 minutes of dental work performed by dr. Rafa did the trick .. Bite is fine and confidence in the Bupa Centre returned .. Have more dental work scheduled .. 5 stars for dr. Rafa ..
