This was probably the best, most comfortable and professional dental experience of my life. The staff got me in right away (the next morning) and were so warm and lovely. Their offices were professional, really clean and quite state of the art. I saw a beautiful female dentist (not relevant, but she is!) who I *believe* is Dr. Danya Mougharbel, but am not positive and a really friendly female hygienist, both very professional and welcoming. The dentist discovered my gums around the crown were very inflamed and that I needed some gum surgery before the crown could be readhered, which was fine. I felt nothing -- seriously, whatever magic numbing juju they use is miraculous because I felt literally nothing and my face didn't feel like it was sliding off my head, either. Really localized anesthesia -- well done! She reseated the crown and it felt immediately 100% better. No discomfort, no pain, and my bite finally felt normal, which it never had since I'd had the crown initially applied. I was thrilled. I was a little nervous about the cost, but considering they saw me immediately, did surgery and used industrial super mega space shuttle adhesive to keep my crown on (okay, not space shuttle glue), I was pleasantly surprised by a roughly £200 bill. I wish I'd gotten my crown here to begin with! They were so helpful in sending the photos and my file to my US dentist so I could dispute their work. Really immediate customer service by the office management. Thank you, Kings Cross Dental Clinic! I want to come back for a cleaning before I go home!

No sooner said than done...I walked to Dose and I took an immediate liking to the small coffee shop. But back to the aero-press: brewing the coffee (if that is still the word that one can use) is really quite a procedure and I wonder how many years of training it takes to learn this. Every appointment is a different person that you meet every 8 weeks and which you have to explain your goals to all over again, which in the end are not met anyway. Your plan gets tailored countless times with each person. Appointment times changed at the last second are frequent. High staff turnover rate. Reception not knowledgeable. If you have to reschedule an appointment you have to wait another 4 weeks. Even with comprehensive treatment they try to push you to close your treatment as fast as they can. Some dentist only works one day a month. They schedule you at either location. Every appointment runs late and then they try to rush you out. They take on way too many patients. They never pick up the phone. There is no personal orthodontic treatment, which is what I thought I signed up for. Please take this review as honest, many listed aren't. And it's not just Invisalign, I had an implant consult scheduled (which I waited 4 weeks for) and on the day I show up, it's by no means an implant specialist but a dentist. She has no idea what I'm talking about. I go to reception, who explained they made a mistake, and schedule me in another 4 weeks. 2 days before the appointment, reception calls and says they must cancel. I am livid. Oh, but don't worry, you guessed it, they can schedule me in another 4 weeks. So, 12 weeks later and I still haven't been seen or even had a "sorry". Not to mention, it's a £50 deposit just to book. A joke is an understatement. These people shouldn't be allowed to run a business.

The first time this happened it was right before my wedding day. The second time it broke within 2 days. You would think that they would make it a priority to fix the issue considering I had a sharp metal wire sticking out of my mouth. I am totally appalled by this service. I definitely would not recommend it. They also forgot to send half of my 3D Invisalign scan off to be made. This meant that when I arrived to collect them, I was told that I would need to rearrange another visit to collect them. No real explanation or apology. My employers actually don't believe that I have had to visit the dentist this many times in such a short amount of time - it's a joke.
