In reply to Melissa, I firstly do not appreciate you outing his name, that is a violation of your customers information. Second, I never asked you to give us a license so I am not sure where the "fraudulent" activity is coming from, as I have proof of our conversation. I wanted to know what we should do because he had been at the DMV for hours trying to get ahold of you and trying to figure out what he was missing... A 30 second phone call with you explaining what the next steps were would've resolved the doubt that we had. Or even, as is your preferred form of communication, a text message - letting us know how to proceed in reopening the account. However you chose to BLOCK my number and refuse to help us. Perhaps this review can help your business in the future and as you stated, can take the proper steps to try to listen to your customers instead of avoiding what they are trying to get out of you: HELP. My bf took the day off from work to go to the DMV to attend an appt these people made for him. He had been there for FIVE hours trying to get ahold of them because he needed something from them and asked me to help him. I tried calling and got a message saying they were only available via text or email. What kind of business is that??? When your customers need you... I kept trying to call and guess what!? THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER!!!! But they sure were happy to take his $200+. An entire day of work missed, money that was paid to them and not to mention like $85 in Uber's. read more

Small location. Needs a lot of public relations trainings. They are not friendly. They're just there because they have to work. Waiting time was almost four hours between papers to read until the moment of the class and test. Cars suck! The lady who went in the car with me was apathetic and rude. Her attitude made me nervous and I made a simple mistake and she failed me. I've been practicing driving for more than two years.Be aware of who you give your money to. Maybe failing is a better business than passing. Find another place!! read more

I write without prejudice. Bad experience with them. I took a test with them and passed. Waited impatiently for my learner license for almost two months to come from Talahassee. As soon as I received I went to DMV to get my Class E License. The DMV woman says I have bad news for you" I said what? She said you are being randomly selected to retest at the DMV. She also said that this driving school is supposed to tell you that. We do not completely recognize these driving schools so we can randomly ask their students to retest. When I called the school to refund because I was not informed I was met by with a rude lady. I said I spend almost 250 dollars in lesson and test and another 100 in getting there by Uber because they do not offer pick and drop in Davie. I wanted to tell her that I do not want a refund. Instead if she can just arrange a car with one person 21 year plus to sit in it while I take my test at DMV. She said you have to come humble. Also she said she is done with me on the phone and I should just email her and she will have her attorneys look into it because I had signed the paper before i took the test. So in a way she was giving a lawyer threat and also telling me I signed a paper. How would I know that there is such a clause in the paper because when you enter the office they say this is our form sign it and just go outside to the car. So they do not give you time to read the paper because they say its time for your lesson and bla bla. Only if they had told me verbally that the DMV can ask to restest you then I would not have wasted my 350 Dollars in ubers and lessons and test fee. I would have straight away requested them to provide a car and gone to DMV for testing. I was met with very bad attitude. They need to verbally inform customers. If i knew I could be asked to retest then I would have chosen to test at DMv in the first place. read more

not happy with lesson quality. didn't really explain rules of the road or how to control; turns etc. the cars are terrible. it seems they just want you to get a license and don't seem to care about you learning to drive. read more

Just finished my exam today and couldn't be more excited! Melissa really helped feel in more confident about my driving before the exam, she very tough with me and couldn't be happier with that. I did a whole hour of teaching with her and then took my exam with Hector passed without any worries! Thanks to her! The trainer Nelly was very good. She spoke fluent English which helped me. Her instructions were very clear and helpful. She has lots of patience and will make sure that you will learn in shortest amount of time. After my classes were done, I did my test at the school itself since they are among very few schools which are authorized to take the test. I passed the test and I got my license from the DMV. Initially, I thought that this school is also like the other driving schools but I was proven wrong. You would pay the same in other schools but you would get more value here. Since the testing is at the school itself there is no hassle of going to the DMV for the test. If you have any queries regarding your schedule, etc. then Melissa (Manager) and Nelly (Trainer) are available when you message or call them. They explain it very clearly. I wouldn't think twice in recommending this driving school to anybody who needs to improve or learn driving. read more

Although personnel is nice they do not communicate properly. They communicated that for an extra $100 they would take my son to the DMV to get his picture taken and then drop him off at home. Confirmed this information 2x before scheduling and again 2 days prior to the exam appt. For the examination session the instructor showed up late and was not told that I paid for them to go to the DMV. A session that was supposed to take 1 hour ended up being a 4 hour session interfering with a scheduled job starting time of 3 pm. The extra $100 is not worth the headache of the miscommunication or being late to a job interview. Check around with different companies because I originally was going to go with Metro Traffic who I had used on 2 separate occasions and never had an issue with the exam session. read more
