As a first-time driver, I was nervous at first, but Ricky was incredibly patient, calm, and knowledgeable throughout every driving lesson. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. His encouragement made learning to drive much less stressful. Something has drastically changed with their business model. They were great in past years, but recently it seems there has been a change. After using this company for our other kids, referring customers, and finally calling them for another kid, they have switched up. We paid for a package of personal lessons, and had an instructor cancel as the last minute. The class was re-scheduled, then the instructor reportedly showed up to the pick up location at a certain time and left at a certain time. Surveillance cameras showed otherwise. Then the driver reportedly texted the student, which was also untrue. Clearly, they are operating under a different business model. Waiting on a refund now. Would certainly NOT recommend AB AUTO DRIVING and Traffic School. read more

I took my driving test in August. Was unable to get an appointment at the DMV until now in October, and was told my results were never sent it and was unable to get my drivers license today. The day of my test they gave me the results of another person and I now have to wait until my next dmv appointment in November to get my license that I needed since they hadn't given me the correct results. Very disorganized office, and it's impossible to get through to someone to resolve this. No matter how many times I've called and texted both of their office numbers, I'm still waiting for them to send my results to the dmv. Don't recommend to anyone this was honestly not worth the $100 I spent to take this test here. Wish I could put 0 stars. read more

We had to wait about 30 minutes to begin. That was annoying. There was no where to sit as they were a little busy. But then the young lady who gave my son his practice run was very kind to him. She gave him some good pointers on what to do for the test. Then another gentleman gave my son the actual test. He passed. They were very nice. The office itself could've used a cleaning. Bad experience, the Spanish-speaking ladies who work there are very rude. after registering and making cash payment; Mrs. SARA induced me to sit down and wait for my turn; I asked him if he would send the receipt to my email because he had NOT given it to me and he unkindly told me No and that I should give him a phone number to send it; as can be verified in the cameras of the place. After waiting 1:40 in the school car to take my road test; Mrs. SARA arrived who would be my instructor. (I didn't pass my test). I would like to know if the instructor can stop the car? because when I'm driving from one moment to the next the car stops and I immediately ask SARA the instructor "why did you stop the car?" She says NO; that she has not stopped it, but I repeat that the car stopped and that I have not stopped, to which she says "because you have stopped here, that is not done." and tells me to keep driving read more

I took my son to take his driving exam, office is poorly maintained and the employees are immature and unprofessional. After the practice test they decided to cancel our session last minute so then we came back 24 hours like they said to do and when my son finished taking it they failed him for no reason and did not want to explain why and they were charging another 70 dollars just to take it again. read more

This spot is perfect if you are looking to get your driver license quick and easy if it's a mission to schedule an appointment at the DMV. All I did was take my drivers class E test(road test). At first they have an instructor come out and you go on a drive and go over the obstacles that will be on the test before taking your test. My instructor was Camilo and he seems like he is serious but he is actually very nice and super helpful when practicing. He will make sure you know everything you need to know and help you feel confident that you will pass the test. This place has great customer service and I will definitely be recommending my friends here. read more

This is a great place. For me, it was a lot less intimidating to take the test here, where there was a family feel, than at the DMV. I passed the driving test in first try after an hour of practice of the actual route of the test with a great instructor named Juan. They were so nice, accommodating, and supportive. I read some great reviews for this place so I signed my son up To take his driving test here. Their customer service over the phone was excellent. We were very excited about this convenient option for him to get his license. However when he arrived the first instructor an older lady took him through the course to practice. She barely spoke any English and it was extremely difficult for my son to understand her instructions. When he made mistakes because he could not understand her she told him he was a terrible driver and would not pass this test. This is not just horrible customer service but bullying a kid who's already nervous about taking his test. Luckily the actual testing person was someone really good and spoke both Spanish and English and he passed. I had several parents who's kids are also 16 waiting to see how our experience was there and now after I told them about our experience none of them will be going there. Having someone with a bullying type personality who gets frustrated with a young driver because they themselves can't communicate with them is unacceptable. read more

The first time around the instructor's accent was way to heavy for my daughter to understand, but I called up the owner and he immediately sent someone out that spoke english fluently. I'm not one for posting but the folks at AB deserve it. I had researched them months ago but my husband told me he would teach our daughter. This week my daughter whose been practicing for 1 year failed the drivers test twice. I told my husband to drive straight to AB and let her try the test there. Just like we imagined she past. I recently started taking driving lessons with this driving school. Did my research on other schools but ended up going with this one. They are third party for the dmv so this is what drew me in. My driving instructor was Ricardo and he made me feel so comfortable and he showed me different ways of getting to their office. He even showed me how to put gas in the car. He believed I would pass the test and when I took it Monday I passed. I am so happy that I decided to go with ab driving school and I recommend everyone to this school. You won't regret it.
