My experience on February 9, 2023 really impressed me. This business is an honest-to-God actual LOCAL translation services business, operating on local Dallas time, responding quickly to customer calls and emails! There are a lot of fly-by-night virtual companies masquerading as local, promising the moon but never delivering, so don't be fooled. My client and I needed to have a German apostille translated into English, plus translator's affidavit, in order to record a warranty deed (I'm a real estate attorney). We anxiously needed it ASAP. Peter and Sarah came through for us and with a little back-and-forth I had that translation within 2 hours of my initial call with Peter. The people at this translation company are certified, they know legal documents, they are FAST, and me and my client are HAPPY. 24 Hour Translation Services is the best translation service I have worked with! Recently I have had to get several documents translated. Today I realized I forgot one document and my deadline is tomorrow. I had worked with another translation service and with a "certified translator". Both those others were much more expensive and took days to get the translated documents. With 24 Hour I called and spoke to Peter. He explained their process and fees (very reasonable) then I uploaded my document. Within 4 hours I received a pdf document that is translated and formatted in columns exactly like the original. Most of the other documents I got translated by the others services came back as unformatted text. I am extremely happy with 24 Hour Translation Services and only regret I didn't come to them first. read more

Strangely enough, I didn't actually end up hiring the company for my job, but they showed that they have a lot of integrity - by essentially talking themselves out of a customer - and that's a big selling point for me. I had wanted some videos translated from Russian to English. 24 Hour looked at the videos and immediately pointed out that I could turn on English sub-titles!
