The service here is mediocre at best. I have my business address here, and I have set up automatic forwarding for a different address. Every 4-6 months I have to call back and ask them to once again forward my mail. Every time they charge my account to forward the mail and tell me that I am now on monthly forwarding, and then 4-6 months later I have to call again. It's the same cycle. And if it wasn't a commute to get there and the address wasn't tied to so many important business accounts, I would no longer have a box here. read more

This place is horrible, very non caring. Very shady. Why would you take it upon yourself without making one attempt to contact me or atleast put a note in my mailbox letting me know that you are closing my mailbox and your no longer accepting my mail. Your employee tells me he doesn't know why my box is closed and he can't help me. I will need to go to the Post Office and take it up with them. That guy was such full of crap. I went to the post office and they have nothing to do with my mailbox being closed and since I chose to use a private contractor for my mail service they can't help me with my mail because the independent contractor is the one that send the mail back to the sender, the mail does not go to the post office. I have no idea of they refuse to accept my mail, closed my mailbox. The only thing I could think of is my mailbox rental payment is past due. I paid $75 back in June. I still have not received a bill or a past due notice or any type of correspondence. Now I have a huge issue I need to resolve with my mail. All this could have been avoided if they would have contacted me or put a bill in my mailbox. I would have paid it. They couldn't even discuss it with me when I tried talking to them. They tried blaming it on the Addison Post Office. The guy did ask me if I wanted to get a new mailbox and I almost did. Til I thought about it and decided against it. If they wanted me my business they should have handle my account differently. read more

I just moved to the circle and I love that this mail center is here. I came by to drop off a package, and Gwen was very helpful answering my questions about their other services. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency that sometimes their prices are a little higher than going to Fedex or UPS directly, but honestly I don't mind paying a few dollars more for the convenience and customer service, and the opportunity to shop local! Plus, they work with Fedex, UPS, and the post office, so I'm covered. :) read more

This use to be Tim's Mail Service. It was ran by a wonderful man. Since it has been taken over, downhill is the best description. For over 5 years I've had my mail delivered here. Whether I lived down the street or across town, this was the one constant in my life. Until now. Earlier this month, I missed a payment. I attempted to quickly attempted to resolve the matter. The next day, I drove from Denton to Addison to make a payment. They open at 11am. I was there. They were not. Waited ten minutes for someone to arrive, but no one did. I left and sent an email. When I arrived home, I sent them an email stating what took place and my desire to pay my balance. The next business day, I called and made the payment. Due to my busy schedule, I travel to Addison once a month. Last night was that day. It was after closing and when I checked my mail, it said my mail was on HOLD. But I am paid up for the month. When I called today, it was confirmed my account was paid up until December. Then why the HOLD? There was an error. A payment was made on the 5th and no one went back and removed the hold? I drove over 20 miles and now have to find time I don't have to go over again. This is not acceptable. There are more examples I could share, but this one took the cake. read more

If I can give no stars I would! I send a package that was valued for about 1K. In the process of the package being shipped, it was lost. After working with FedEx for 2 weeks, they advised me to file a claim with the place I shipped the package. While in the process of trying to give him some insight of what was going on, he yelled at me, stated he's busy and has a business to run, and hung up in my face. I called FedEx to see if they can help me with the process (since he's too busy to listen to the issue at hand), and they told me that the payment would go to the shipper instead of me without his written consent. They also informed me that I would only get a $100 back because I didn't state the value of the package. I informed FedEx that I was never informed about that option and now the person who was suppose to receive that money is now stuck. I agree with the other person who said he is rude, defensive, and very unprofessional! Make sure you ask key questions to make sure you are taken care of because he truly doesn't care about the well-being of a customer after the package is shipped. I'm not looking for an handout or for him to pay for the content that was in the package, but I would like to be treated as a value customer who choose his business over others. Never again will I work with him or FedEx. Both of them have me search for options to resolve this issue on my own. read more
