I had an appointment at my local post office last Friday and it was the only appointment available until late July. We show up and the passport clerk called in sick and cancelled all the appointments. I was so pissed and also worried because I don't know what else to do so I Google searched what my options were and I came across this place. Please don't get me wrong, I was a bit skeptical about this place, just seemed like a scam or shady, but after some research, I decided to give it a go because we were desperate to get this down in time especially because I'm flying out of state this weekend and won't return until the end of July so I had to help my son out now. Anyways, staff member Jenny helped me over the phone answering the infinite questions that I had for her. She was super friendly, patient and thorough with me so I can better under what I need to do and why. This was on a Friday on the phone with her and I'm located about 2hrs from their office. She's off on Mondays, but she prepped a packet for me to show up on Monday when she didn't have to. She did this off of pure good faith that I'd show up and not ditch. Upon coming to their office, the small and dark parking lot was super empty and there was a homeless guy sleeping on the ground along the stairwell and front entrance. It gave me the feeling again that the good-to-be-true awesome service, was at this shady looking place. It just so happens that that we were just there early and more cars started to fill up the lot. Another staff member, Ricardo helped me and he was super fast and friendly. We showed up at 9am and were out the door before 930am to go to an USPS appointment that Jenny set for me. It was a farther, but necessary drive to take care of this process today so that I'm not driving back and forth. Once we were done with the Post Office, we returned to drop off the sealed envelope so that it could be FedEx'd the next day for processing. Because this was considered "expedited," I had to pay $580 for the whole process plus $35 Post Office processing fee and an extra $45 fee for FedEx services to have it shipped to my house overnight once the Post Office does their part. This office did all the work and we just had to sign and go tot the Post Office. I wouldn't be paying this much if I just paid attention to my son's passport expiration date, but this was a hard lesson learned and timing was against us. Overall, I definitely recommend this business should you ever need an expedited passport. Staff were all around, AMAZING. Parking lot is super small and shady looking lol. Just park and walk upstairs through the front glass doors. It appears that there is no elevators so for those handicap or can't walk up the stairs, I would call first. The hours show 24/7, but they do in fact have office hours. Hopefully Google Edit will accept my request to update their office hours.

They didn't even read the paperwork and called my wife a year later to advise this $600 paperwork would be great to have filed since she's married to a citizen... seriously unprofessional and idiotic. We will happily pay a competent lawyer to get the job done, but not waiting years for these clowns May you Karma be returned to you in your next life ‍

Mình đã bị cáo buộc là làm hồ sơ giả , hôn nhân không dựa trên tình cảm thật sự , nên lúc nào cũng bị từ chối đến cuộc hôn nhân thứ 3, khi mình gặp được người chồng hiện tại là người Mỹ trắng, mình được qua đến Mỹ theo diện hôn phu hôn thê k1, nhưng đến khi mình xin đổi qua thẻ xanh thì một lần nữa bị từ chối bởi vì nhân viên di trú Hoa Kỳ cáo buộc background của mình không đủ điều kiện để trở thành thường trú dân do mình đã từng làm hon nhân giả, sau khi phỏng vấn xin thẻ xanh tại Mỹ nhân viên di trú đã từ chối và cho mình thời gian 33 ngày để rời khỏi nước Mỹ. Lúc đó vợ chồng mình thực sự rất hoang mang sợ hãi lo lắng không biết phải làm gì. Thật ra sai lầm lớn nhất của mình là từ hôn nhân đầu tiên cho đến hôn nhân lần thứ ba chưa bao giờ mình thuê luật sư để hỗ trợ hồ sơ của mình , toàn là tự Ý hai vợ chồng điền đơn và làm mọi giấy tờ. Chính vì vậy mới gặp bao nhiêu là rắc rối và thất bại!
