I used this company to translate 4 individual documents for immigration purposes. I paid by the…read morenumber of documents submitted. All 4 documents were translated, but I was only given ONE certificate of translation. The certificate of translation stated "I certify that THESE documents have been proofread and that the attached documents are faithful and authentic translations of their originals" Anyone that has ever dealt with immigration paperwork knows you have to upload each document with translation individually. I pointed this out to them and requested individual translation certificates since that is what I expected to get for 4 completely different documents. After all, I had paid by the total number of documents. I was then told I had to pay $15 for each individual certificate of translation. It did not make sense to get price gouged for something I paid to get in the first place. I emailed them and let them know this and I posted about my terrible experience in an online review. Only after posting the review was I contacted by this company and promised a refund IF I DELETED MY BAD REVIEW. (BTW what companies even ask this!). I obliged and NEVER received any refund as told. This company is ridiculous and you don't actually get what you pay for, they are price gouging scammers. Just go elsewhere. If this is something for immigration you really don't want to risk it.
