This is unacceptable when a car has been booked three weeks in advance. When I telephoned Amber, I was told that traffic was heavy on our route and that we would have to pay an additional £20 to take a faster route! The arrival time got later and later and we eventually had to cancel and drive ourselves to the airport. Not the start anyone wants to a holiday.

I called at 11am to check, they said the driver will be with us in 10 mins. At 11.15, I called again. This time they said in fact there's no driver assigned and someone will be with us in 10 mins. At 11.30, I called again and as if none of the previous calls happened and they said the car will be with us in 10 mins! Around 11.40, of course no one showed and I had to call an Uber in order not to miss the flight. As I prepaid everything, they basically took the money and didn't send anyone. Their phone trick is to say someone will be with you in 10 mins so you wait and eventually call another cab not to miss your flight. One of the operators said I will be getting a refund but the others said they don't have any compensation policy even if they don't send a car. I am afraid my money went down the drain + an additional Uber cost + none the less the stress it caused on the day.

He was friendly the whole trip and didn't have any issues with the cats at all. Amazing!!!! And the service then I called was great as well. The guy on the phone was very nice and friendly. I told him I was bringing cats and he made sure it wasn't a problem at all! I had never ever had an easier time booking a cab! I would defiantly recommend Supercars to all pet owners!!!!! I wish they would put it on their website that transporting cats or whatever to and from the vet or similar is OK with them! It's difficult finding pet friendly cabs. I will keep using them in the future!

Also Charlton cars had the cheek to charge me an extra £3 to take my dog in the dog cage lol. Go take a run & jump Charlton cars I definitely will not recommend you to anyone

In my experience the drivers are always more than happy to get out help with shopping, patient and understanding {as a single parent most of u know how eventful the shopping trips can be} makes all the difference not being rushed or having moody drivers, my cars always with me within 10 mins and have always been told the price upfront. I even left my mobile in the back of one of the cars a few months ago and the driver bless him not only kept it safe as i wasnt the last fayer but also retuned it to me safe and sound. I have used super and amber and had terrible experiences, just wanted to say well done Charlton cars, Thumbs up :0)
